As I lead product designing at Tohfa Shofa, I focus on creating innovative styles for our products. Our signature wooden wall accents are crafted from high-quality wood, featuring unique designs and a layered aesthetic. The process begins with digital design, followed by preparing the files for printing, which includes separating layers and making them print-ready. A separate file is created for precise DIY machine cutting. Once the wooden pieces are printed and cut, each layer is meticulously assembled by hand and finished with a varnish to enhance durability and provide a long-lasting finish. This thoughtful process ensures every wall accent is a unique, premium-quality creation.
